I will not recommend this TerryNewnam 25/03/2014

I paid a deposit under the promise of them arranging my trailer within 3 weeks.Went in on pick up date, they havent started it, gave 2 more weeks, again havent started it, I asked why and they said they didnt know. They said they weren't the management. Asked to speak to the management and they said they didnt have the contact number.Gave another two weeks and went back,still havent started it,asked for a refund and was laughed at by them saying that wont happen,went around side to workshop and spoke to a person, that person laughed at me when I got upset over it and said to speak to the staff, I said the staff said you were the management and the person laughed and said the person I have spoken first was, they wouldnt have a bar of it and turned back on me, I went back to the first person and they said they will put a priority job on it,to give 1 week as they had the parts. I asked to see the parts and they refused without reason,just stood up and refused, they laughed at me quietly as if to say there is nothing I can do about it,I said that if they dont give my money back or at least start work I would goto my solicitor, they erupted and became abusive, they told me to get the F*** out or they will throw me out. They made me leave and I couldnt help but feel that they knew I couldnt knock them out so they made point of dominating me. Not the right way to treat your customers. Bad feedback costs you more than doing the right thing.
