Vida Tennis, in Melbourne, offers tennis lessons for all age groups and standards, and can help you achieve your tennis goals.
There are many Vida locations around Melbourne including; Glen Iris Tennis Club, Veneto Club Bulleen, Altona Tennis Club, Xavier College Kew, Frankston East Tennis Club St. Kevins's College and more. You can also find Vida Tennis in Mildura at the Lawn Tennis Club.
Tennis lessons available include; hot shots group lessons, cardio tennis, squads, video analysis, ladies and adult sessions and private lesson.
Each kids that goes into our group lesson program undertake the Vida Tennis Certificate program to help develop their tennis from a beginner to "ready to play real tennis". Kids receive certificate to mark their achievements and progressions along the way.
The Tennis Australia Hot Shots program uses modified equipment, balls and racquets to help kids play “real tennis” straight away.
