Six Recruitment was established in January 2006 to set the standard for sourcing talent in the global Energy Sector. Our industry focus covers oil & gas and utilities including power and renewables.

We have three specialist business practices:

6 Search - We provide expertise in Executive Search and Selection of permanent staff for mid to senior level positions. Covering technical and non-technical disciplines, our capability ranges from headhunting world-class individuals for difficult-to-fill positions to managing large-scale, multi-level and multi-discipline campaigns.

6 Contracting - We supply high-calibre, fully referenced contractors and interims for projects and non-executive positions across the globe. We are able to provide profiles within 24hrs of instruction and have the ability to manage contract staff in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia and The Americas.

6 Consulting - Partnering with our clients to help optimise their recruitment process, we provide advice and assistance in areas such as Organisation Design, Talent Mapping, Salary Surveys, Application Management Systems and Assessor Training

Our head office is located in the Manchester, UK that looks after Europe, Middle East and North America. Our regional office in Perth looks after the Australasia Region. Our services are unique, we engage the best of in-house recruitment practices along with the best of consultancy practices and adopt a thorough screening process including functional and behavioural competencies to ensure the very best candidates are found.
