| Hola, Bienvenidos to (Welcome to) Zumba® Fitness classes Bondi Junction.
My name is Carmen Holder and I’m originally from Mexico, I have been involved with Zumba® Fitness since October 2009. I’m a licensed member of theZumba® Instructor Network. Since then I had been featured on several infomercials in Sydney and teaching classes around Australia and NZ. After completing a degree in Electronic Engineering I worked for a multinational company then moved to Europe to study English (London) and travel. I’m also a qualified personal trainer.
Zumba Fitness
My Zumba® Fitness classes at church in the market place in Bondi Junction have been running for 3 years. You don't need to be good in dancing. Sometimes the feeling of being afraid to try of something new cannot be avoided however I just want to assure you that there's nothing to be afraid of, and before you know it you'll be feeling confident, fit, full of energy and happiness, just move your body and follow me.
Zumba Dancing
Zumba Fitness is easy to do, easy to learn and a great way to get fit. Experience is not necessary, my routines are easy for beginners of any age and challenging to some who have tried previously. This is also one way of meeting new friends. In overall this is effective and exhilarating.
Come try it, I’m sure you will have a blast!
Don’t forget to dress for a workout and bring your smiling self, some water and a towel and really prepare for a pachanga (party).
