Great Lahori food of ‘Takka Tak’ which can be traced back to the kings of Indian sub – continent who loved Taka Tak for their hunted food i.e. deer, goats, pheasants, pigeons etc. Big iron types of square cleavers are used to chop, blend and prepare these sensational dishes. Delicious dishes are stir fried brain, kidney, heart, lamb chop traditionally cooked in special herbs & spices.
